This week we're heading into the Leota trail system in Clare County, one of Northern Michigan's best spots for riders looking to rack up some serious miles! 🏍️

✅ Leota connects directly into the Denton Creek trail system, making it easy to build huge loop rides through Clare, Roscommon, and Missaukee counties.

⚠️ Keep an eye out for washboards and soft sand, especially near the river track sections.

🚦 Clare County allows ORV use on county roads. Stay on the far right side of the roadway, keep your speed under 25 MPH, and make sure your headlights are on.

🌧️ Fresh rain means prime trail conditions around Geels! Dust is down, but watch for a few fresh water holes if you're out on your SXS, ATV, Jeep, or dirt bike this weekend.
✅ 50 miles of winding Geels trails through the pines are riding great. ✅ The Geels-to-Roscommon route offers an awesome day trip connecting to St. Helen and Roscommon.
⚠️ Roscommon County allows ORVs on many county and seasonal roads at up to 25 MPH, but M-18 and M-76 remain off limits.
🧥 Pro Tip: Pack layers. Warm afternoons can cool off quickly after sunset.
