Aldo is on air from 1 PM until 3 PM on Thursdays. Aldo describes his music taste as “diverse, a little all over the place. His favorite genres include indie rock, folk punk, and alternative. Some of his favorite artists are Malcom Todd, The Wombats, and Arctic Monkeys.

Aldo is in his first year at CLC and is studying education with plans to teach high school history.

Naomi is on air from 10 AM until 12 PM on Thursdays. They like a lot of rock and metal. Some of their favorite artists are The Pretenders, The Who, and Black Sabbath.

Naomi is in their first year at CLC and is studying Stage Management and Design with plans to go into anything with audio in the live event space.

Alyssa is on air from 3 PM to 5 PM Fridays. Alyssa describes her music taste as “Very all over the place. Electric”. She likes a lot of alternative, indie, and metal. Some of her favorite artists include Massive Attack, Radiohead, and Tool.

Alyssa is in her first year at CLC and is studying computer science and music with hopes to go on and pursue audio engineering.

Dani is on air from 12 PM until 2 PM on Wednesdays. Dani would describe her music taste as “All over the place.” She likes a lot of music that’s makes her feel different emotions. Some specific genres she likes are pop, alternative, and indie. Some of her favorite artists are Billie Eilish, Frank Ocean, and Clairo.

Dani is planning studying communications and marketing and is in her first year at CLC.

Felix is on air from 1 PM until 3 PM on Fridays. Felix would describe his music taste as “Upbeat and loud” some specific genres he likes are emo, pop punk, post hardcore, and rock. Some of his favorite artists are The Academy Is, Fall Out Boy, Thursday, and My Chemical Romance.

Felix is studying journalism in his first year at CLC.

Will is on air every Tuesday from 11 AM to 1 PM. He describes his music taste as “a little bit of this a little bit of that, a buffet”. Will’s favorite genre is psychedelic rock with his favorite artists being The Doors, Grateful Dead, King Gizzard and The Wizard Lizard.

Will is in his second semester at CLC and he is studying communications to use in a broadcasting environment.

In the studio loading some new music in and the phone rings. On the other end is one of those Google business listing scams where they say the listing is "Unverified" and customers will have a hard time finding us and to "Press 0 to speak to a representative".

What else other than press 0 is one to do? Cue hold music.

When the "Representative" answers, the conversation went a little along these lines:

"[Her name] am I speaking with the business owner?"

"Lancer Radio, you're on the air!"

"I'm on the air?"

"You're on the air!"

She sighed and said "Oh lord..." before hanging up.
