This year’s theme reminds us that those who are “planted in the house of the Lord will flourish” (Psalm 92:13) and that “blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord… like a tree planted by the water” (Jeremiah 17:7–8).

✨ We are honored to welcome Dr. Overseer Christ-Lee Lizaire Ganthier as one of our special voices. She is the Executive Director and Founder of the Pelagie Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families by providing access to essential services, resources, and support. She also leads the Christ Lee Circle of Care and currently serves as a Chaplain for the Dekalb County Police Department in Georgia.

A devoted servant-leader, mother, and wife to Bishop Kesner Ganthier, Dr. Ganthier passionately ministers to those in need, embodying her deep faith in God and the foundation of the Assembly. Her ministry extends internationally as she oversees five churches in Haiti, continuing her mission of equipping and uplifting communities both locally and abroad.

As a founding member of Entrepreneurial Women In Action, Manouchka continues to champion female entrepreneurs, equipping women to pursue both professional success and personal fulfillment.

We are honored to welcome Sophonie Joseph-Laurore as one of our special guests! ✨

Sophonie carries a powerful testimony that resonates with many in ministry. A worshiper at heart, she began singing at a young age while growing up in Haiti and has now served faithfully in ministry for over 20 years.

With more than 15 years of experience in the education sector as an ESOL teacher, Sophonie is an alumna of both Miami Dade College and Florida International University. She is the founder of Zepha Education, equipping students and leaders through inclusive teachings and creative content, as well as Laurore Coaching, LLC, where she empowers women to wait on God’s promises with patience and faith.

Sophonie is also the visionary behind the women’s conference “Girl, You Got a Story to Tell!” and continues to balance life, ministry, and family with grace and purpose. She resides in Massachusetts with her husband Ronald and their two children.
