This is the last weekend that someone will have 10 fingers. Firework injuries are no joke. Especially with some of those large firecrackers, like the M-80s or bigger. Keep an eye on your children, Put the drinks down if you’re drinking & let’s end the 4th of July with all fingers, limbs and eyesight intact.

The parade will start at 11am, with the normal route, stay behind the rope, road closures for the 4th begin on the 4th at 8am on Central Ave & 1st Ave South from South Park Drive to 8th Street. Don’t Park along the parade route either.

The Black Eagle Parade starts at 11am in front of the country club & ends at the community center.

Now the fireworks, The People’s Park & Recreation Foundation is putting on the annual fireworks display around 10:15pm. Other fireworks displays include after the Voyagers game & Eagle Falls Golf Course.
