A little "STORY TIME" well I went to lunch and when I returned to the Bakery. I had people looking at me like I was iWRONG UDEPARTMENT BUT I work IN THE BAKERY!!!! OTHER ASSOCIATE*s came over to tell me that this lady who thought she was PRIVILEGED this heffer opened a Cupcake and took the beautiful HAPPY BIRTHDAY sign off the cupcake cake and placed it out on her new cake. I said maam I'm sorry , but you can NOT OPEN A CAKE UNTIL U PAY FOR IT. SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE Because I told her she's contaminated 2 cakes. She better be glad I was on the clock and my Team Lead was off and so was her Boss! We don/t know where her hands were before putting her nasty hands on our cakes. I told her since she openedn both cakes u have to pay for em. She had the audacity to leave both cakes Talking about she will go somewhere else and get better customer service
Mam, I've been at work all day I'm required to take a lunch. SMH She will learn! Now we have to throw 2 cakes away because of her. People these days are a HOT MESS!!!,RANT OVER!😂🥺😂
