My Bingo for today was to play a game so I played two of my favorites with my family and we had a blast! What I loved about it was hearing my kids laugh and feeling happy! **Daily Positive Affirmations** - I know this might seem like an unusual request, and I struggled with it myself at first. It’s often so much easier to focus on negative thoughts rather than positive ones, right? But that stops now! I’ve created 16 different positive affirmations for you to use.

Each morning, choose 5 of these affirmations and recite them to yourself while looking in the mirror. This simple practice will help you start your day on a positive note and shift your mindset right from the get-go. To achieve great success, we first need to believe in ourselves and convince our minds of our capabilities. I often find myself caught up in negative self-talk (I’m only human!), but I want to remind myself that I am capable of greatness and that my hard work is something to celebrate!

As cringey as this might feel, I promise it will be worth it!

**Goal Setting** - It’s time to choose a goal for this month! What do you want to rediscover about yourself? Here’s an example of my goal and how I’m answering the worksheet questions. This month, I’m focusing on developing a new skill (running a business) and seeing what I can learn from the process!

Why do I want to achieve this goal? I’ve always wanted to help others find happiness in their lives as partners, drawing from what I’ve learned over the past 15 years. I’ve worked hard to become the person I am today.

What challenges might I face? I could fail, and it might feel like a waste of time. What’s my solution? I’ll keep pushing forward! Even when I feel nervous, I’ll stay excited and committed because nothing worth having comes easy, right?

What steps will I take to reach my goals? I’ll put myself out there, engage with people, and invite them to join my group without fearing the unknown.

How will I track my progress? I’ll check in with all of you! I want to know how you’re enjoying the course and what you’re learning so I can adapt and improve it.

Tasks to help me achieve my goal include: launching the website, initiating new conversations each day, creating engaging content, and continuously learning new skills to share.

I hope this example inspires you to think about your own goals for this month and how you want to discover more about yourself. Your goals could be anything from "reaching out to friends more often," "journaling daily," to "staying committed to this bundle"—the possibilities are endless!

**All About You Worksheet** - I have to say, this is probably my favorite part of the bundle! It takes me back to elementary school when teachers would hand out worksheets where we got to share our favorite things—I always loved that! As adults, no one really asks us about our favorites, which is a bit sad. So now, I’m asking YOU: What are your favorite things?

I’ve kept the prompt a bit open-ended because I want you to truly reflect on what makes you unique—not just your daily routines, unless you genuinely LOVE doing laundry (in which case, I have a job for you at my house!). Think about what truly brings you joy and makes you who you are. For instance, I’m a competitive powerlifter, and lifting heavy weights brings me immense happiness. It’s my favorite hobby!

Much of my worksheet focuses on that kind of passion. So take some time to dig deep and think about what you like, love, want to learn, and want to experience. I’d love it, if you’re comfortable, for us to share our pages and get to know each other better! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Start by noting which bingo option you selected. Next, describe how it made you feel. For example, if you chose "call a friend just to talk," you might write, "I called Kiki today, and we discussed life. It made me feel seen and heard, and it was lovely to catch up on her news!" Then, share what made you happy about this activity. For instance, "This bingo lifted my spirits because I've been feeling lonely lately, and reaching out for a conversation really filled my emotional cup." After that, reflect on what you learned about yourself from this experience. You could say, "I realized that even when I’m feeling off or down, talking to friends can truly brighten my mood!" Finally, feel free to choose a bingo option for the next day if you'd like!
