Stan Kaczmarek is busy planting a cover crop of cereal ryegrass to be used for heifer feed next spring. He is planting near the Town of Pittsfield & Village of Suamico. Farmers plant cover crops to keep the soil and nutrients in place and reduce runoff.

Please be mindful of farm equipment on the roadways!
