RaDD Network Solutions is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Green Bay! If you enjoy building customer relationships, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment, this role could be a great fit.

📌 Responsibilities & Duties:

- Act as the liaison for customers regarding quotes, sales orders, shipping inquiries, and quality concerns

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment

- Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

✅ Qualifications / Skills:

- Prior sales experience in Broadband or Telecommunications preferred

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

- Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems a plus

- Process- and detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

- Self-starter, results-driven, and eager to learn

- 3–5 years of warehouse or general labor experience (or equivalent)

- Forklift certified (or ability to become certified)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
