Sad news from the music world. Rest in peace Ace…

Paul Daniel “Ace” Frehley, co-founder and lead guitarist of the legendary rock band Kiss, has died following injuries suffered during a fall last month, according to a statement from his family. He was 74.

🎉 Big congrats to Erin Drews, Jack FM’s Almost Famous Person of the Week! 🎉

Erin’s a full-time professional, mom of two very busy boys, PTO volunteer, and somehow still has time to help everyone else. We don’t know how she does it — we can barely find time to microwave dinner. She’s always smiling, always positive, and apparently powered by caffeine and pure determination. Basically, she’s a superhero pretending to be a regular person. So we’re celebrating her awesomeness with a sweet treat from Tamara's The Cake Guru!

Diane Keaton, whose long, versatile career was indelibly highlighted by her Academy Award-winning performance as Woody Allen’s titular love interest in the actor-writer-director’s 1977 romantic comedy “Annie Hall,” has died. She was 79.

Meet this week’s Almost Famous Person of the Week… Kate Dekeyser! According to her crew at Absolute Plumbing, the office wouldn’t be the same without her. Every day with Kate is an adventure—packed with concerts, comedy, and outbursts that would make Michael Scott jealous. If there’s ever a reality show remake of The Office, Kate’s the reason their office gets cast.

She’s kind, fierce, professional, fun—and as if that’s not enough, she just got engaged to her best friend and better half. Honestly, it’s almost more exciting than Taylor & Travis.

Look who just got almost famous—Kathryn Thede! 👏 She was nominated for being a total rockstar as a special needs aide at Shiocton Schools. While the rest of us complain about Mondays, she’s out here changing lives.

So we did the only logical thing… gave her a beautiful cake from Tamara’s The Cake Guru. 🎂
