I woke up having lots of feelings. I’ve had a lot going on, so all valid. But hecka tough today. I wanted to just isolate but….

This is how I worked with my feelings today…

Parade in Corte Madera with family followed by barbecue and meeting in Santa Rosa with friends, followed by drive to Occidental and Bodega Bay, followed by meeting with more friends in Petaluma, followed by coffee with buddy in Lagunitas, followed by San Anselmo costume change and ending with Sausalito and San Francisco firework show as witnessed from Blackies pasture in Tiburon.

Result? I exhausted those feelings so now they (and I) can just have a nice rest.
