Pictured are Randall Woodard, who is our Senior NEA Director; and Arielle Dyer, a delegate representing administrators from districts between Jackson and Robertson counties!

Mr. Woodard serves on the NEA Steering Committee and is a Fight Back, Fight Forward Ambassador. Mrs. Dyer is a member of the NEA Resolutions Committee, as well as a member of the NEA Women’s Caucus; the NEA LGBTQ+ Caucus; the Educators of Multilingual Learners Caucus; and the NEA Peace & Justice Caucus.

We appreciate both members for representing RCEA and TEA at the NEA RA in Portland, Oregon!
