Long Post: But please read until the end.

Folks, as many of you know, running a small farm business has its perks (the amazing community and the animals) and also has its disadvantages. One of those disadvantages is money.

I started Gnome Hollow Farms four years ago as a way to bring families together and let them come have some fun on the farm. To give them a few hours without the noise of the world. To reconnect.

Then last year, I followed a lifelong dream of having a Drive-In. I love the nostalgia of it and it’s another way that I can get families here to enjoy some downtime and relax.

They say in business it takes 3-5 years to succeed. Gnome Hollow Farms has hit that point and many people know that I’m here. But Gnome Hollow Drive-In, is in its infancy and folks don’t realize I’m here yet.

Which is why I’m asking for your help. Last year, I funded the Drive-In completely on my own EXCEPT for the wonderful Sponsors at TRIPLE CROWN EQUIPMENT, CARTER’S CORNER and TOUCH OF LOVE GROOMING. They help me get it off the ground and the rest of the season’s movie licenses were paid for by me and the few folks that showed up to the movies once they learned about me.

As a 100% disabled veteran, my budget is limited and this year with feed, electricity, gas and everything else being higher, I don’t have the personal funds to pay for all of the movies. And I still have to pay the $205 per movie, every weekend, whether 10 people show up or 1 person.

I want to continue this endeavor and grow it into a medium sized Drive-In. I’m landlocked so it can never be a major event area.

But I’m asking for my friends, family, farm supporters, and anyone else who sees this to help me continue to offer the family fun by supporting the Drive-In.

I am not one to ask for a handout or donations unless I’m part of an organization, but Gnome Hollow IS my organization and I need your support to keep the Drive-In Running.

I asked everyone back in April if they’d like to come out to the Drive-In for Vintage Movie Nights. You responded and I am finally able to offer it.

These movies will be Nostalgic, Retro, Vintage, and PERFECT to really feel what the folks in the 30’s-70’s felt when the three the kids in the car for a night out at the local Drive-In.

An ARRAY of movie genres from Classic Monster, Horror, Abbot & Costello, Three Stooges, Action/Adventure, Comedy, Westerns and so much more.

The first movie is Cult Classic NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD!

Friday August 7th, 2026

Gate opens at 7:30pm
Movie Starts at Dusk

Admission is $10 per car on FRIDAY NIGHTS ONLY! Bring as many people in the car as you can fit.

Concessions will be affordable as always. So please buy your concessions here. NO OUTSIDE FOOD.

As always, CASH is king, but I take cards and digital payment.

And remember, you’re supporting my dream to bring back the Drive-In Movies and Family Fun!

Come out to my FIELD OF DREAMS at Gnome Hollow Drive-In for an awesome time.

Gate opens at 7:30pm. Movie starts around 9:15pm.

Concessions are ALWAYS AFFORDABLE.

You’re here to enjoy a nostalgic movie night, not taking out a mortgage for hotdogs and popcorn!
