Detectives have made arrests in connection with the murder of 25-year-old Nytavious Stone, which occurred yesterday evening at Buffalo Wild Wings. The following individuals have been charged:

William Shannon Brown, DOB: 02/08/2000
Charges: Aggravated Assault

Micha Shannon Brown, DOB: 02/08/2000
Charges: Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony

Date: August 23, 2025
Reference: Shooting/Homicide Investigation

On August 23, 2025, officers responded to a call at Buffalo Wild Wings regarding a physical altercation. While en route, the situation escalated to a shooting with one individual injured.

Upon arrival, officers found one subject with multiple gunshot wounds on the side of the building. The subject was immediately transferred to EMS for medical treatment but unfortunately passed away at Navicent Health Baldwin.

The preliminary investigation indicates that an argument between two employees escalated into a physical confrontation, resulting in one employee being shot. Two individuals are currently in custody in connection with the shooting.

This appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no ongoing threat to the public. Detectives are continuing their investigation, and further information will be released as it becomes available.
