Dan Sullivan and Teddy VonFeldt. We are co-workers that have traveled together for years and have many customer service experiences we want to share. In addition, we are known for our comedic style of sharing. We promise to work on
our interviewing skills….. What and When – A weekly PodCast and YouTube channel that provides customer experience interviews. Both good and bad. Why did we start WTH? We, like you, continue to experience poor customer experiences and product failures for the last ten years, and it continues to get worse. Many people think it started during the pandemic. We are here to provide real interviews that have good and bad customer experiences. Many interviews will leave you with “oh hell you can’t make that s**t up! Or, I have sooooo been there!”
WTH’s value to our audience. It is a place to:
Vent frustrations or brag about customer experiences. At a minimum, you will get it off your chest and know you are not alone. Receive advice on how to manage customer experiences from experts and the community. The goal is to give you actionable steps to take to resolve your problem. Receive help. In some cases, WTH will reach out to companies to assist. Said differently. If your story is that good. We will reach out to the company to assist. Watch or Listen to real customer reviews. Aka Not Fake or BOT generated reviews. In other words, not just another review you read and wonder if it is real..
