With so many new faces here lately, I thought it might be time to re-introduce myself! I’m Ashley Powell Nosek, Owner + Editor of The Scout Guide Triad, and I’ve been proudly sharing the stories of our incredible local businesses for almost 9 years.

Originally from Burlington, I’ve called Greensboro home for the past 12 or so years. I live with my husband John, our two kids (ages 7 and 9), and two dogs (Stella the golden retriever and Scout the british lab). For fun I ride horses, breed dressage horses, run a boutique law practice focusing on startups and small business issues, and spend time planning how to hit all 50 states (20 so far!) and all 63 national parks (5 down) with my family before our kids go to college!
