☮️ Hey! It's time to dig out those fringe vests, tie-dye t-shirts, hip huggers, peace necklaces, headbands, rose-colored glasses, medicinal herbs and the like, and make plans to check out the Hippie Fest 2026, coming up on Saturday, April 11th, from 12 to 6 pm in Easley (Upstate) South Carolina!

Whatever it is you need, we got you covered. There's fun for the kids, pottery making, tie dye stations, 60s and 70s music blasting the entire time. Lots of vendors, including me, VibraSoul Art, where I'll be serving up some soulful art that's filled with good vibes and uplifting energy.

So whether you're a free spirit, light seeker or just feeling groovy and curious, stop on by and say hello.

🎨 So what happens when you give your brain (and overthinking mind) a break, and you paint from your heart and soul?

Well, the possibilities are endless.

Personally, I found that my brain wants to keep me in a box. It wants to control everything that it is able to, and it has blinders on and cannot see beyond the box. It is limited. And limiting.

That is one of the main reasons why I hold these intuitive art classes. By putting a spotlight on your inner being, your heart, and your soul... and quieting your thinking mind, you allow yourself to be outside of that controlling box. To experience life from a different perspective. Being in the flow is the true compass that is guiding you.

You only need to quiet your thinking mind so your heart and soul can speak to and guide you.

Yes, I'm sure that sounds scary. Fear of the unknown. These intuitive art classes are done step-by-step. There are simple ways to help you quiet your mind enough to where your heart and soul can speak to you. These techniques are very easy to do. You just have to come to the class with an open mind, open heart, and open arms.

🦋 I can teach you how to make this Macrame Keychain using 2 simple knots. That sentence reminds me of the 1970s show, "Name that Tune". Remember it??!? 🤣 It's funny how things seem to repeat themselves. Sometimes it takes a while. Sometimes it's instantaneous.

Whatever the reason, I am over-the-moon excited to use the skills that my mom taught me back in the 70s to teach this class.

If you're feeling nostalgic, and you have some time on Saturday, January 17th, around 3 pm, you are invited to come on over to Artistic Edge Art Studio in Greenville (next to the Cherrydale Cinemas) and join us.

We'll be whipping up the keychains as we dance to 70s tunes. Dance breaks are included, along with all of the keychain materials.

🎨 Whenever I host a paint & sip class or a private paint party, I simply forget to post pictures. Well, not today. I remembered... 2 days later 😆

Better late than never.

These paint & sip classes allow you more freedom than the usual ones. So that's why I say they are paint & sip classes *with a twist*

You have the freedom to explore what you would like to paint, you get to choose your paint colors and even how you would like to paint it - whether it's something very loose and free-flowing or something more detailed and structured.

No painting experience is needed.

Just a willingness to put your thinking brain aside.

As you allow yourself time to relax and let go of any worries, stress and need to be perfect.

👾 You think you see me and then you don't. Am I around the corner? Look up, look down. Look all around. Oop! Here I am. I am here. I am back, baby!

Everyone and everything can choose to take a hiatus whenever it feels necessary. And that's exactly what I did. I wasn't on social media for a while. I was behind the scenes working on my art, moving to an awesome location near the Blue Ridge mountains, and deepening my level of spiritual growth.

Ahh, this feels nice!
