Growth year. Stabilization year. Shrinkage year. Which one are you actually in?

Most founders never ask themselves this question. They just keep pushing forward assuming every year is supposed to look like growth because that’s what they think they’re supposed to want.

Hart Fandrich asks herself this every single year, and it changed how she runs her business, delegates her time, and protects her energy.

You don’t have to do this alone, and you were never supposed to. But you do have to get honest about what this year actually needs to be.

Peace. That was her word for 15 years of building five businesses.

A verbal IQ of 137 and a written IQ of 69. She built five businesses anyway.

Hart Fandrich didn’t hide her dyslexia. She just refused to let it be the reason she stopped. Severely dyslexic, with one of the sharpest verbal minds you’ll meet, Hart figured out early that the label wasn’t the limit. The limit was only ever what she decided to do next.

So she surrounded herself with people who could cover her gaps, leaned into what she was genuinely brilliant at, and built something real.

Most founders are out here trying to be good at everything. Hart just got really good at knowing herself.
