Hot take: People are pretty quick to pass judgement on those of us who avoid asking for help. They call it pride. We’ve all heard that. Too proud. Too stubborn.

As if we’re being arrogant.

but here’s the thing.

That doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s not stubbornness. It’s not fu***ng pride.

It’s SHAME.
