District 10 Champions! The Greenvile Trojans weather the storm, both figuratively and literally, to defeat the Wilmington Greyhounds 25 to 22 at Hickory. Next up, the Trojans will take on Port Allegheny woth the site and day to be determined.

Gameday! Tonight, the District 10 1A Championship game kicks off the first round of the PIAA State Playoffs as your Greenville Trojans (10-1) will play the defending champion Wilmington Greyhounds (8-3). This is a rematch of last year's 26 to 21 Wilmington win in the D10 Title Game. Trey Wilt and Steven G. Deja-vu! Your Greenville Trojans will return to the scene of the crime once again this year. The Trojans will take on the Wilmington Greyhounds in the District 10 1A Championship game Saturday Night. It will once again be held at Hickory High School at 7pm. And we will have it here for you Live, on WGRP!

A lot of history in the press box tonight! Here Steven G. Is joined by former head coaches Bob Stone from Greenville, and Frank Amato for Reynolds, as the Trojans advance to the District 10 Championship game with a 27 to 14 win over the Reynolds Raiders. Greenville will now take on the Wilmington Greyhounds in the District 10 Championship game next weekend. And we will have it here for you you on WGRP!

Tonight, the Region 2 Champions in Single A, the Greenville Trojans (9-1), will play their crosstown rivals, the Reynolds Raiders (6-4), in the semi-finals of the District 10 playoffs. The game will be played at Hickory High School in Hermitage. But you can also stay at home, stay warm, and listen to us bring you the game. Trey Wilt and Steven G. On Monday night, the West Middlesex School Board voted unanimously to maintain the football co-op with Sharpsville's High School. A measure that had already been approved by the Sharpsville school board. The co-op will allow football to continue for both schools for at least the next years.

It's official, Mercer County finally gets the game they have been waiting for! Greenville and Reynolds have both earned first round byes next week in 1A, which sets up the Rivary Game as a semi-final elimination game that will be played on Saturday, November 8th. The location and time will be announced after this weekend's first round games. Finally! Greenville's senior running back Rudy Gentile surpasses the 1000 yard mark for the second consecutive year as he leads the Trojans to a 41 -22 victory over the Eisenhower Knights. This ends the regular season, and we now wait for playoff seedings, which are set to be done by District 10 on Sunday. We will let you know when Greenville will play next, right here on WGRP!
