If you’re going through it right now I’d love to tell you the pain goes away but it doesn’t. You will never forget them you will never stop missing them or thinking about them. But you will find yourself again.

April 2025 was the lowest I have ever been in my life. My house was a mess because I couldn’t get out of bed. I was stuck in a corporate job that was making me miserable. I cried at the thought of having to get up and log into my computer and work for someone who didn’t appreciate a damn thing I did. The hormones of still being newly postpartum and dealing with a miscarriage it was TOO much. I was in a dark place.

In the past 7 months I found myself again, I dug myself out of the hole that I never thought I’d get out of. I quit my corporate job, I started 3 businesses, I decided to move to a state that makes me happy. Time passed and my ppd went away, time passed and I started taking care of myself and my house again. Time passed and I prioritized my metal and physical health. It takes time, and it takes work, a lot of work.

But I am now unbelievably happy, April me could have never believed that November me is the same person. I’m so freaking proud of her. She did it, she did that!

And now I’m here to tell you, if your today is like my April, 6 months from now, you don’t have to be the same person. Make the choices and changes you need to be happy!

And if you are 1 in 4 I’m so unbelievably sorry for your loss. Women go through so much and it’s not fair we have to experience loss like this.
