Downtown Trick-or-Treat Halloween Party

Join the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Greenville for our annual Downtown Trick-or-Treat event on Tuesday, October 28 from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm.

Enjoy candy tables galore, festive music, a fun dance contest, and so much more!

Smash Mouth Burger and Camellia Sweet Treats will be on site serving up tasty concessions to keep the fun going.

Q94 Traffic Alert!

A single-vehicle crash has caused a lane closure. The northbound lane of Interstate 65 near the 148 mile marker in Lowndes County is currently closed and will be for an undetermined amount of time. Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are currently on scene investigating and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.

Q94 Traffic Alert!

Update 1:35…All lanes are open and the scene is clear.

Update 9:50am....The westbound lanes of U.S. 80 in the affected area are now open.

A multi-vehicle crash involving multiple commercial vehicles occurred at approximately 4:00 this morning has caused a road closure. All westbound and eastbound lanes of U.S. 80 from the 107 mile marker to the 118 mile marker in Lowndes County are currently closed and will be for an undetermined amount of time. Currently, there is an extreme amount of fog in the area, motorists are urged to seek alternate routes as this may be an extended road closure. Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are currently on scene investigating and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.

Q94 Traffic Alert!

An accident near the 135mm of I-65 Northbound has caused a backup in traffic for several miles. Our understanding is the accident has been cleared but the large traffic volume this afternoon has caused traffic to still be at a standstill or extremely slow. Your advised to take Hwy 31 North to avoid the congestion. Drive safely!
