Merry Christmas! Jay Stoneman Stone
πΊπΈ Not everyone gets to go home for Christmas πΊπΈ
While many gather around warm tables, wrapped gifts, and familiar laughter, there are those who sit far from home, wearing uniforms instead of sweaters, sharing a quiet meal with fellow service members who understand the same sacrifice.
Christmas looks different for them.
It carries a different kind of weight.
A mix of duty, loneliness, pride, and strength.
They miss their families.
They miss the simple things.
But they stay, so others can celebrate in peace πΊπΈ
This season, as the lights glow and the carols play, let us pause and remember those who serve while the rest of us are home.
Your sacrifice does not go unseen.
Your service is not forgotten.
And your place in our hearts is always set at the table πΊπΈ
Thank you for your service.
