⚜️Ahead of a big birthday this summer, I visited Suma Life House in Old Greenwich to cut through the beauty noise and build a customized plan for my skin—and the results have been incredible.

My treatment with was pure bliss, combining microdermabrasion, a lactic acid peel, Greek mastiha for serious brightening, and a deeply relaxing hot stone upper body massage. Afterward, I tried the Ammortal Chamber for red light and sound therapy, and I felt so refreshed I didn’t want to leave.

I’m excited to keep tracking my skin’s progress as we map out what’s next for wrinkles and pigmentation, including microneedling.
