I have so much to say on this topic, but based on the reactions and incredible support I’ve received, I realized this is an important message to share.🖤

The response to my recent posts has been overwhelmingly positive, but it’s also been a reminder that visibility still matters. Sometimes simply showing up as your authentic self can make a bigger impact than you realize.🌈

8 years married, 11 years together, one cutie little one and many, many Prides 🌈.

I love this life we have built together, and I would choose you every single time. I love you ❤️

Pride Month has always been special to us. While it is a celebration of love, community, and equality, it is also a reminder that the LGBTQ+ community continues to face discrimination, fear, and pushback every single day. Visibility has come a long way, but it does not erase the challenges that so many people still face across the world and often within their own homes.

That’s why visibility, support, and showing up for each other still matter. Representation matters. Love matters. And if being visible helps even one person feel seen, accepted, or less alone, then it is always worth it.

Happy Pride Month. 🌈❤️

Every time you open Instagram it can feel like there’s a new rule, a new warning, or a new “must do” when it comes to your health, especially for women.

Don’t eat this.
Do that fasted.
Lift like this.
Never train like that.
Watch your cortisol.
Track your steps.
Optimize everything.

And somewhere in all of that noise, people end up doing… nothing.

Here’s the truth we keep coming back to:

Movement is the constant. Not perfection.

You don’t need more information to get started, you need less friction and more consistency.

Start simple. Stay simple. Build from there.

The basics still work:
• Strength train 2–3x per week
• Prioritize daily movement (walks count)
• Fuel your body consistently
• Sleep + recovery are part of the plan, not an afterthought

That’s it. That’s the foundation.

Motion is lotion. Movement is medicine. And consistency will always beat complexity.

We don’t need more rules, we just need to start.
