Let's talk Pelvic Floor!

In August, one set per exercise session will focus on pelvic floor health!

Don't have symptoms? Congratulations! You are one of the lucky ones! These exercises will keep things working properly!

Unsure if you have symptoms? Some symptoms include - urinary or bowel incontinence, pressure or heaviness in your lower abdomen or "private" area, or difficulties in using the bathroom or completely voiding, and more!

Pelvic Floor exercises are often movements we do daily in the gym anyway. We are just combining 6-7 exercises for a concentrated effort!

Some moves may feel difficult.

Other moves may feel easy or like nothing is happening!

Remember that small moves are often working small muscles that support bigger ones.

Also, you may have avoided some movements so long because of your symptoms that you need to start slow to build them back up!

Trust the process!
