Greer!
A small town vibe with diversity!
Here’s a few things to know about this rapidly growing community…
Downtown Greer or “Greer Station” is so charming with brick lined streets and a perfect place for a day or night out! Tons of shops, restaurants, bars and a great park too. Greer city park has some awesome events throughout the year including farmers markets, concerts and more!
History:
check out some of the historic mills and buildings in and around Greer like Louis James House, Davenport house and Robert G Turner house. Don’t forget about Gilreath’s mill too.
(Speaking of mills… take a ride over to Taylors, just a few miles over and visit The Farehouse restaurant or 13 Stripes Brewery at a restored mill)
If you love the outdoors take a kayak over to Robinson lake for a gorgeous view of the mountains and some calming exercise or a romantic picnic in the park overlooking the lake!
If you visit Lake Robinson be sure to stop at Los Mayas for some delicious Mexican food after!

🏡 O’Neal Village — A mixed-use, walkable development with townhomes + single-family homes, green spaces, and a resort-style community layout.
