Greatly enjoyed catching up with my guy Jamar Dean recently in his new role as head coach of Greer Middle College basketball. 🏀

Dean talked about his team full of young players, his emphasis on marketing the Blazers brand, and the learning process of being a first-year head coach.

When Jamar Dean took the job as head coach of Greer Middle College basketball last offseason, he knew the roadmap was convoluted and winding. He's using belief in young players (and branding) to get the ball rolling.
