SYN-ergy is a gift from my heart and soul to yours. It's been said in sacred geometry, "the seed of life is a symbol of blessings and protection passed on from one generation to the next. It is commonly worn as an ornament of fertility for women during pregnancy or while trying to conceive." Syn-ergy is a seed planted in the womb of my mind with the vison of blossoming into a full healing center that provides sacred space for restoration, self compassion and bringing one into balance. This vision begins with the creation and birth of a product line developed by myself paired with crystals, candles and smudge to create a sacred space in your home. My logo is sacred geometry to symbolize the vision.

In an often chaotic world we don't take the time to demonstrate self compassion. Self compassion is becoming your own best friend and treating yourself with the same compassion we give to others. There is ample research to show the negative consequences our bodies face physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When we don't care of ourselves we can not serve others optimally. Our bodies become plagued with illness, our minds flooded with negative thoughts, depression and/or anxiety that can set in and spiritually, we can either fall out of balance or completely abandon our spiritual practices. We become tired, easily irritated and overly stressed all wreaking havoc.

SYN-ergy is the combination of multiple energetic substances that are intended to support and nurture the soul. All of my products are handcrafted with quality ingredients that are ethically sourced. Collaboration and community is a core value at Syn-ergy. This shows up in who we contract with for goods, collaborative projects and events as well as human connection. Participating in community events is a way for us to come out and share our gift with others, at times collaborating with other healers such as massage therapists as a means to provide the most holistic experience. One of my favorite researchers on human connection is Brene Brown who defines connection as, "the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement and when they can derive sustenance and strength from the relationship." Without human connection our MIND.BODY.SOUL is not supported.

SYN-ergy is a product line that is forever evolving. We currently hand crafted Soaking Salts, Balms, POTIONS, Body, Bath, Massage Oils and Tub Teas. All of our products are made with doTerra essential oils which are certified pure therapeutic grade to provide maximum benefit. As a consultant with doTerra my purpose is not to push or convince anyone of the power of their oils. They speak for themselves. My goal as a doTerra consultant is to share information with people who have an interest and let you decide as the consumer. Should someone decide to pursue using oils regularly then I am honored to assist helping people place orders that can look like anything from being a retail customer only, to a wholesale account to simply receive a discount or helping you become a consultant and build your own business. The choice is completely yours. My primary focus is Syn-ergy!
