I have learned to no longer hold grudges against people for their indiscretions! I love with my whole heart and I live every day like it’s my last! I absolutely get upset when things don’t go exactly how I want, or when people don’t show up for me, but I’m expected to smile and show up for them, yes, I feel some kind of way but guess what I’ve learned to get over it. Unless you cut me deep with a knife, I’ll always forgive you and move on! Life is short, too short to be anything other than happy!

The best new feature added to IOS 18, scheduling text messages! Sometimes when I’m up at 5AM, going through messages I’m ready to send out information, etc., but proper etiquette is responding after 9AM!
So boom, thanks Apple, I’m scheduling all my responses now 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Side note: I had this feature on my Android phone, but we know I’m never going back there! Lol

I love giving back to my loyal customers, well really to all my customers in general. But for my long running, long-standing customers I’m doing a loyalty program where if you order 12 cakes from me on your 13th cake, I’m going to give a percentage or a dollar amount off! Maybe something in the area of $75 or 30% off based on the cost of the cake.
I have 2 ppl right now on cakes 10 and 12 🥴🥴🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Business owners (all, not just my industry), how do you all deal with late customers?
Lately it’s gotten really bad, if you schedule a time to pick up and let’s say that time is 12:30 PM, but you don’t pick up until three, that’s a problem! Especially if you’re not staying in contact with me.
Sometimes I feel like people don’t respect small businesses, because you would never show up to a big box retailers business to pick up your items, 2 or 3 hours late without an explanation. If Antoine’s is closed, you don’t get your cake.
I’m going to start sending out calendar invites with invoices, with 30 minute grace periods for pick up!
I’ve delayed personal appointments and been slightly late for deliveries, because I’m waiting on someone that said they were in route an hour ago.
Just want to know how y’all deal! Yall know I’m too nice, at times! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣
