eos on YouTube of our animals, projects, recipes, ideas, and renovations. We help out a friend of ours who is "differently-abled" and uses a wheelchair to get around. And sometimes helps us with our projects. We also have chickens, ducks, fish, bees, dogs, and (Stephanie's sister's) dove. Since we are always taking on new projects, there is never a dull moment!! But have no fear, there is plenty of humor and fun along the way! Come join us on our journey!!

➡️ Pizza Crusts (Great quick dinner!! Add toppings and cook 10-15 minutes 🙌)
➡️ Pesto, Sun Dried Tomato and Parmesan Focaccia
➡️ Honey Wheat Dinner Rolls (there's an 8-pack and some singles 😋)
➡️"Day Old Discount" (yummy, yummy boules... people don't seem to like to stop in the rain... 😭) These are SO GOOD!! They would make really yummy French Toast Casserole as well!!

If you haven't tried the Chocolate Covered Cherry (Inspired) Sourdough, I highly recommend it. The cherry flavor is mild and its very similar to the Chocolate Chip Sourdough. So, if you liked my Chocolate Chip, give this one a try. Its quite good!! 🍒🤤

This three-week-old cockerel wasn't thrilled about the photo shoot 🤣 I'm totally obsessed with him though!! He was a yellow chick. But, his feathers are growing in dark with speckles. Just a gorgeous barnyard mix!! I wish I could keep him!! Would love to find him a home where I can see him mature... I think he's going to be amazing. All offspring from his dad are really BIG boys. Let me know if you're interested!! Just know, I want progress photos, if you take him. So, plan on being bugged occasionally 😂❤️🙏

People get so excited about the dark browns and cool shades of green and blue. But, its these pinkish eggs that excite me. Every fall, a few of my ladies start laying the most beautiful powdery pink eggs. They are jumbos with nearly perfect shells! They won Second Best out of all the eggs at the fair last year. (I didn't enter any this year.) These are older gals, in their retirement years. 😍 They still lay pretty consistently. I just love finding these beauties in the nest boxes!!
