🚨A Houston man will spend 32 years in federal prison after prosecutors said he trafficked teenage girls — including a 15-year-old runaway — between Houston and Dallas.

Federal officials said Cristian Morris recruited the victims, gave them drugs, posted sexually explicit ads, transported them between cities, and kept all the money.

Federal prosecutors say a Sugar Land man helped stockpile and conceal fi****ms as part of an international trafficking conspiracy.

🚨 SILVER ALERT ISSUED FOR MISSING 80-YEAR-OLD MAN IN PEARLAND AREA 🚨

The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for 80-year-old Hermenegildo Ramirez, who was last seen around 5:00 a.m. Friday, June 12, in the 3500 block of E. Broadway Street in Pearland.

Ramirez is described as:

▪️ 80 years old
▪️ White male
▪️ 5’6” tall
▪️ 136 pounds
▪️ White hair / Brown eyes

He was last seen wearing a beige pullover shirt, dark blue joggers, and black Nike shoes.

Authorities are asking the public to remain alert and call 911 immediately if seen or contact the Pearland Police Department at 281-997-4100 with any information.

A search warrant executed in the Point Blank area of San Jacinto County has led to the arrest of three individuals following an investigation involving alleged child po*******hy and narcotics, according to the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say investigators allegedly discovered multiple electronic devices and viewing platforms containing child po*******hy, with victims reportedly ranging from toddlers to children of undetermined ages.

Suspected methamphetamine was also allegedly located during the search, officials said.

🚨 STILL MISSING: ODESSA CHILDREN MAY BE WITH MOTHER; NEW PHOTOS SHARED 🚨

11-year-old Billy Newton and 15-year-old Rayne Newton remain missing after last being seen on May 18, 2026, in Odessa, Texas.

According to information previously released by the Odessa Police Department, the children may possibly be with their mother, 33-year-old Paige Newton.

East Texas Banner has received additional photos of Paige Newton from tipsters in hopes they may assist the public in recognizing her. One of the photos included is a recent April 2026 booking photo to aid in identification.

Despite claims circulating online, authorities have not announced that the children have been found and, as of this post, both children remain listed as missing.

🚨 MISSING BEAUMONT TEEN – POSSIBLY IN GEORGIA 🚨

A 17-year-old Beaumont girl has been reported missing and her family is asking for help bringing her home.

Zionesis Nael Rodriguez, 17, has been missing since Sunday, June 7, 2026, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Authorities say Zionesis was last seen in Beaumont and may remain in the local area or travel out of state. Her mother believes she may possibly be in Cobb County, Georgia, though her exact whereabouts remain unknown.

Her mother tells East Texas Banner, “I am just heartbroken,” as she searches for answers and hopes for her daughter’s safe return.

Anyone with information regarding Zionesis’ whereabouts is urged to contact the Beaumont Police Department at (409) 832-1234, call 911, or contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).

‼️ BREAKING UPDATE: KARMELO ANTHONY SENTENCED TO 35 YEARS FOR MURDER ‼️

A Collin County jury has sentenced 19-year-old Karmelo Anthony to 35 years in prison after convicting him of murder in the fatal stabbing death of 17-year-old student-athlete Austin Metcalf.

The case stemmed from a deadly confrontation during a 2025 high school track meet in Frisco, Texas, and drew nationwide attention.

Anthony was convicted of murder Tuesday before jurors announced his punishment of 35 years in prison.

Karmelo Anthony will go straight to prison. He has been taken into immediate custody following his sentencing.
