Vivian “Vivi” St. Clair, 9, is one of the victims who was shot multiple times during the Minneapolis church shooting.

Vivi still has bullet fragments in her body that cannot be removed and will remain with her for life.

Despite the severity of her injuries, her family says she continues to smile, stay hopeful, and even look forward to swimming in her grandmother’s pool with her dad.

20-year-old Jessy Madeline Moore of Nacogdoches County was arrested for the brutal injuries of her 4-month-old baby.

Little Royce had to be sent to ICU at Texas Children’s Hospital after sustaining multiple head injuries and bodily injuries. Jessy claimed the injuries were caused when her other child, a 22-month-old, opened the refrigerator door, hitting the baby.

Jessy has had a history of family violence, with 3 cases in the past year according to records. She was arrested in Anderson County yesterday and currently remains in the jail.

Sharon Cunningham of Magnolia, TX, was arrested after possessing child po*******hy with intent to sell/distribute.

Sharon has been married to her husband since 2004, along with working for Home Sweet Home, according to her Facebook.

She is being held in Montgomery County Jail on a $20,000 bond.

Little 10-year-old Braxton Bragg was attacked by three dogs on August 13 while playing in his backyard in Sabine County. He has already undergone five surgeries with over 500 stitches.

The neighbor was able to shoot two of the dogs while a deputy shot the third dog.

Pennie and Thomas Maggard, the owners of the three dogs, are now being sued by the parents of the little boy. Hightower, Franklin, & James is seeking at least $1 million in damages.

Little 8-year-old Fletcher Merkel was one of the victims killed in the Minneapolis shooting yesterday.

“Yesterday, a coward decided to take our eight year old son, Fletcher, away from us. Because of their actions, we will never be allowed to hold him, talk to him play with him and watch him grow into the wonderful young man he was on the path to becoming. Fletcher loved his family, friends, fishing, cooking, and any sport that he was allowed to play. While the hole in our hearts and lives will never be filled, I hope they in time our family can find healing." His father said today.

11-year-old Karsyn Slaydon is the little boy killed in the ATV accident Tuesday evening in Jasper County.

Karsyn was trapped underneath. Firefighters were able to lift the ATV while a home health nurse pulled the child out from under the vehicle.

Karsyn was rushed to Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he sadly was pronounced deceased.

The family chose to release his name and a picture to us. Please pray for this family.

Bradley Wrightsman, 46, is one of three men who passed away yesterday in Trinity County after toxic hydrogen sulfide gas was detected at a work site, killing all the men.

A worker went into a manhole to stop the sewage from backing up; he fell unconscious. Another worker went to help him; he too sadly fell unconscious. The third worker went to help the other two men; the gas overcame him as well, with his alarm going off on his gas meter.

The other two men are identified as John Nelson Sr., 52, and Brad Hutton, 47.

12-year-old Sophia Forchas, a 7th grader, is one of the victims of the Minneapolis church shooting yesterday.

Her mother works in a hospital nearby. Sophie was rushed to the same hospital her mother works at with critical injuries. Police Chief Brian O’Hara said all of the injured are expected to survive.

Sadly 2 children did not survive: an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old.

6-year-old Axel Aurelio Hernandez of San Antonio, TX, has tragically passed away after being hit by an elderly driver.

Axel was playing with his toy car in the driveway and rolled into the street outside and was struck by a passing vehicle driven by an elderly driver that didn’t see him.

Axel was rushed to the hospital but sadly was pronounced deceased.
