You’ll be able to stream videos from your iPhone to your car’s screen but only while parked. It uses AirPlay and will need support from your car’s manufacturer to work.

Would you use this while waiting in your car?

Rumor: The next iPad Pro could have two front cameras.

One for portrait, one for landscape — so you can take selfies or make FaceTime calls without worrying about how you’re holding your iPad.

It’s also expected to come with the new M5 chip, 16GB of RAM, and Wi-Fi 7.

Would dual front cameras make the iPad more useful for you?

Apple introduced AppleCare One — a simpler way to multiple Apple devices.

For $19.99/month, you can now cover up to three Apple products under one plan, with the option to add more devices for just $5.99/month each. That means your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch can all be protected under a single plan and you’ll save money compared to separate AppleCare+ plans.

Here’s what AppleCare One includes:
• All the benefits of AppleCare+, including accidental damage protection and battery coverage
• 24/7 priority support from Apple experts
• The option to add already-owned devices up to 4 years old (if in good condition)
• Theft and loss protection — now for iPad and Apple Watch, not just iPhone
• Easy plan management when you upgrade or trade in your devices

You can sign up directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac

This is probably the biggest update to AppleCare in years and it actually sounds like a great value If you own multiple Apple devices

Would you sign up for a single AppleCare plan that covers all your gear?

iOS 26 Public Beta is officially out

Apple skipped from iOS 18 to iOS 26 to line things up with the calendar year. So if you’re wondering what happened to iOS 19 through 25 — you didn’t miss anything.

This update brings some noticeable changes:
• The Camera app has a completely new layout, making it easier to switch modes and adjust settings like resolution and frame rate.
• The Photos app is now split into two tabs — Library and Collections — for better organization.
• You can turn regular photos into 3D spatial images and even set them as your Lock Screen.
• The Lock Screen itself has new customization options, including a larger clock.
• A new “Liquid Glass” design is used throughout the system. It’s clean, but may take some getting used to.
• Apple Intelligence now enhances screenshots, helping you identify and interact with what’s on screen.
• Apple Music now supports live album artwork on the Lock Screen.

This is still beta software, so expect some bugs and performance issues. If you’re curious, it’s best to install it on a secondary device. The final version is expected later this year.

Are you planning to try the beta, or waiting for the official release?

Throwback Tech: The 5MB Hard Drive
In 1956, IBM introduced the 305 RAMAC — the first computer with a hard disk drive.
It stored just 5 megabytes of data… and weighed over a ton.

To put that in perspective:
You could store 1 song… maybe.
Today, a single photo from your iPhone takes up more space.

We’ve come a long way!

Remember when you had to press a button four times just to type the letter ‘S’?

Throwback to the Nokia days — before touchscreens, apps, or even a camera on your phone.
Just text, call… and maybe a quick game of Snake.

Find Your iPhone — Even on Silent 🔕

Ever lost your iPhone around the house while it’s on silent? Don’t worry! There’s a built-in feature that makes it ring anyway.

Here’s how:

📲 Using Find My
1. Open the Find My app on another Apple device or visit iCloud.com

2. Tap Devices and select your missing iPhone

3. Tap Play Sound and your iPhone will ring loud, even if it’s on silent!

⌚ Bonus Tip: Use Apple Watch
Open Control Center by pressing on your side button and then tap the Ping iPhone icon. If it’s nearby, you’ll hear it (and it even flashes the light if you tap and hold)

Ever had to use this? Drop a comment if this tip has saved you before.

Fall asleep with your AirPods in? iOS 26 has your back.

Apple is finally introducing Sleep Mode for AirPods in iOS 26.

Now, when iOS detects that you’ve fallen asleep, your AirPods will automatically shut off to save battery and reduce unnecessary playback.

Perfect for:
• Podcast sleepers
• Nighttime music lovers
• Anyone who forgets to take them out before dozing off

Smart, subtle, and long overdue.

Are you excited for this feature?
