This is a snippet from my spatchcock chicken video. We cooked the chicken on top of 2 lbs gold potatoes, peeled and diced. Then we mashed them up with heavy cream and butter 🤤

Brooke from Downstage Productions is coordinating a drive for the Orange Grove Little Free Pantry! I'll share the flier below along with the recipe card that will be included in the bags.

If you'd like to help, but aren't local or unable to make the drop-off dates, I put together a Walmart list for you. Set it up for delivery to Downstage Productions at 12100 US 49 #418 Gulfport, MS 39503, Nov 17-21 between 4-6 pm.

Pickup/distribution to families will be the following week and I'll update y'all on that soon as I hear final details.
