Lunch is homemade McRibs. šŸ˜‚ Quick and delicious!!

McRib Recipe
- 2 lbs ground pork
- BBQ dry rub
- BBQ sauce (or make ya own!)
- Onion for topping (optional)
- Pickle for topping (optional)

Instructions
* Preheat your oven to 400Ā°.
* Form the ground pork into McRib shaped patties. Use a spatula to add horizontal lines to each one. Season them well with BBQ seasoning - donā€™t be shy.
* Bake on a sheet pan with a wire rack to help the grease drain away from the patties. Bake in the oven at 400Ā° for about 20 minutes, or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F.
* Smother in your favorite BBQ sauce.
* Put on a hoagie and enjoy! ļæ½
Dinner tonight will be sticky honey garlic chicken and rice! Are you gonna try making your own McRib?! Let us know!

Super easy sheet pan dinner for you! I like to boil my potatoes a bit before throwing them in the oven, but you donā€™t have to. Youā€™ll just need a bit of a longer bake and maybe a higher temp if you donā€™t boil first ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ

Tomorrow we are having homemade ā€œMcRibsā€ for lunch and taco soup for dinner! Stay tuned for those recipes!

Random Question:

I know itā€™s October, but weā€™re curious if this is something anyone would even be interested in.

We want to offer a ā€œSanta Delivery Serviceā€ for families in our local area. Basically, you could store your Santa gifts with us and on the evening of December 24th, weā€™d return the gifts to you completely wrapped and ready for Christmas morning. Weā€™d probably start delivering around 8:30 or 9 pm to ensure all kiddos are asleep.

Of course, we arenā€™t trying to sneak into your house, haha! We would let you know when weā€™re outside and you can meet us at the front door. šŸ˜‚

Just curious if this is something anyone would even be interested in. Not sure of pricing yet, need to figure out all the logistics but wanted to gauge interest before we put too much into it, haha.
