Have you wanted to add meditation to your daily routine? Have you heard about all the positive benefits of meditation and mindfulness? Often, when inspired by the health benefits, people try to add meditation on their own, and think; “this is too hard”, or “I can’t shut my mind off”, or “I can’t get comfortable” or “this is boring”, or “why am I doing this again”? This is a common experience. However, meditation does have many benefits and everyone can do it. Just like riding a bike or learning to lift weights it usually takes a bit of time, a group to practice with, a class to get you motivated, and an experienced instructor to give you knowledge, personal tips, encouragement, and support along the way.
I am passionate about helping others integrate meditation, and the mindfulness practices that go well with it, into their lives. These practices have absolutely changed my own life for the better. They are simple and can be learned by anyone, but often require support and guidance to start - as learning any new skill in life can.
