My home away from the last couple of days. This property is getting a huge facelift! Stumping and clearing new fields and roadsides to improve the habitat for turkeys.

Some of these stumps are huge. For reference that’s a 42” bucket.

Thanks to Brad Searcy and Cowin Equipment for a great piece of equipment! The Volvo excavator is a dream to run! If you’re in need of heavy earthmoving steel I recommend giving them a chance.

Also, special thanks to Jim Williams and Williams Contracting for the assist. I’m the muscle and Jim is the finesse. There’s not a better operator out there when it comes to constructing new infrastructure on recreational and forestry properties!
