While it’s Halloween and scary is good, check out this movie (first 5 minutes will cover what I care about). Why? A song appears called Takin’ Candy from My Baby written by Felix Linden and me. Thanks to Corey Allen Jackson our song is in the movie. He composed the soundtrack and sent me an email asking if I had any songs that sounded like Madonna in the 80’s.

If you have Prime streaming, I would like to remind you to pull up the movie Ski School. Don’t feel obligated to watch it, but a song of mine appears several times. Every time you watch it, I might make two or three cents. I am going to try to set it to play in the living room before I go to my bedroom to sleep. Royalties are royalties. I will do this every night for a while.

I heard part of this on KOSU recently. Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky is one of my favorite pieces of music. Making it work on guitar is pretty amazing.

I’m going to pass this on from my dad who was born in 1918 and lived through many things on the farm.
Okies were the people who gave up and moved to California. My dad said when that happened it raised the intelligence of both states.
Sometimes people don’t appreciate my adherence to history.
