Body camera footage from an incident in Palm Beach County, Florida, on February 11, shows the moment a woman was pulled over by a deputy, allegedly for a traffic violation regarding holding a phone with her right hand while driving.

The only problem is that the driver, Kathleen Thomas, does not have a right hand, which she showed to the deputy, as seen in the body camera video. Thomas was still given a traffic ticket for texting while driving.

Earlier this week, the case was dismissed due to “insufficient evidence,” according to court documents.
