One of the best things we ate this week are these open faced empanadas from from Chic Gourmet Empanadas, a food truck in Hamilton 🥟

On the left is the “Gordo Pollo” stacking fried chicken, fries and a mozzarella stick drizzled with a spicy barbecue sauce 🍗 While the right is a Nashville hot chicken empanada with a squeeze of Nashville honey and topped with a creamy coleslaw 🍯
