One year ago today, Southeastern Louisiana University President William Wainwright sent word to me to shut up, don't go on Jim Engster's Talk Louisiana WRKF show again, and don't call BS articles about Hammond "propaganda" on social media. Not on my own time and dime. OR ELSE. Or else I'd get demoted. A pay cut. Maybe even terminated. I'm not sitting silent. First, they came for the books. Then they came for the librarians.
