Fast forward to present with nearly 30 years of cultivation experience, field collections abroad, trades and friendships made, the pepper community looks much different than it did back in the 1990’s. I now travel the world in search of my favorite pepper varieties from their region of origin. Nothing is more rewarding than hand picking peppers in each village, farm or hidden trail we discover on our adventures along the way.
