Multidisciplinary artist, creative director, and storyteller Arial Robinson is joining us as a guest speaker on the Blueprint, Decoded panel at HERHBCU. ✨

A proud Charlotte, NC native and graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned her degree in Multimedia Journalism, Arial has built an impressive career at the intersection of art, media, and culture. She currently serves as a Senior Content Creator at VaynerMedia, where she continues to merge creativity and strategy to craft powerful visual narratives.

Formerly with Wieden + Kennedy, Spotify, Beats by Dre, and Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment, Arial has worked across music, social advertising, and marketing — creating dynamic campaigns and content that connect deeply with audiences.

Beyond her professional work, Arial is the founder and director of The Soular Lab, a digital creative laboratory and blog that provides young aspiring artists with tools, inspiration, and space to explore their creative voice.

Passionate about storytelling, community, and purpose, Arial aspires to continue creating artistic bodies of work that celebrate individuality and amplify niche stories across mediums.

Founder, principal publicist, and cultural storyteller Jahylin McKee is joining us as a guest speaker on the Blueprint, Decoded panel at HERHBCU. ✨

A proud Savannah State alumna, retired Miss Savannah State, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Jahylin built her boutique PR agency .mckeeandco with just $500 and a second-hand laptop. Since then, she has become one of the most influential voices in modern communications, leading campaigns for Google, Meta, Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment, and more.

Her work has earned placements in Forbes, Good Morning America, Vogue, ESSENCE, People, E! News, and the New York Times, with recognition from Black Enterprise and NPR for her impact in media and cultural storytelling. Beyond corporate strategy, Jahylin has shaped national narratives through her work with the George Floyd Memorial Foundation, Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign, and her mentorship program, Office Hours, where she has guided over 500 young women entering media.

A proud Spelman College graduate, D’Shonda has spent over a decade crafting narratives that blend creativity, empathy, and strategy to elevate the voices of Black, brown, and marginalized communities. Her work lives at the intersection of entertainment, beauty, wellness, social justice, and culture — helping brands and audiences connect through stories that inform, inspire, and impact.

As a Creative Director and Brand Storyteller, D’Shonda has led editorial direction, marketing, and creative strategy for brands seeking to strengthen their identity and authenticity in a digital world. She has delivered talks and workshops across the country on personal branding, authentic storytelling, and neurodiversity in creativity—empowering audiences to embrace their voice and vision in an evolving cultural landscape.

Through her work, D’Shonda continues to show how storytelling isn’t just about visibility, it’s about purpose, power, and creating space for others to be seen.
