Monday, July 28th is coming....all Hampton Public Library locations will reopen with our new library catalog system for the public and a new system for staff. Stay tuned!

Reminder: All Hampton Public Library locations will be closed on Friday July 25th through Sunday July, 27th, reopening on Monday, July 28th. The technology upgrade means you will not be able to access your library account or place holds during the closure. Beginning on Monday July 28th, we will begin using a new library system. Stay tuned!

The Hampton Public Library will be upgrading our catalog. Libraries will be closed Friday, July 25, to Sunday, July 27. All locations will reopen on Monday, July 28. We are excited to share our new technology upgrade with patrons very soon!

A painting has been stolen from the art museum, follow the clues to solve the mystery of the stolen art in our latest scavenger hunt adventure.

Our summer Arts and Crafts show starts June 1! Stop by the Main Library to view art pieces created by participants in our weekly Arts and Crafts program. Are you inspired to create some art of your own? Visit us between 1-4 pm in the Makerspace on Tuesdays.🎨

The Willow Oaks Library will be reopening on Wednesday, May 21 at 9 am. We look forward to seeing you since a recent construction project is complete!

Friendly reminder the Willow Oaks Branch Library will be closed on Monday, May 19th and Tuesday, May 20th due to construction.

The Main, Northampton, and Phoebus locations will still be open.

A name has been chosen! Welcome to the library Bob Moss.

They are a small little moss ball made of algae that are formed into round balls by currents at the bottom of some lakes.

Another name for them is Marimo.
