If you’re overwhelmed, an over-thinker, stressed out.. complete a brain dump. Here’s a look at my realistic brain dump. Note: it’s messy & random. That’s what we want. A brain dump is how you quiet your mind. You don’t want to take time organizing it or writing neatly. Just get the thoughts out and you’ll organize it later. You can see how I organized it after the fact with the shapes. I get a lot of people saying they go blank as soon as they start, that’s psychological. You’re thinking too much and it’s causing writer’s block. If you get like that just stay there with your paper and start doodling or start thinking about upcoming events or what groceries you’re low on. Trust me. Once you start “not focusing” on the dump itself you’ll really get moving. Have questions about it?? Let’s talk through it. ❤️

I’ve been here. So self conscious or envious about one thing or another that I criticize other people. I get it. But, everyone is battling something all the time. For me, it’s my appearance. And becoming a Christian has taught me that those that spew hate deserve our mercy and kindness the most. ❤️

**Exciting news for my local friends!  I am coming to YOUR house!** 

I absolutely love organizing, I forgot how much.  My house, obviously, is completely organized so I only get to complete organizational projects about once a year when my house needs a revamp.  My Chaos to Calm project has reminded me just how much I love helping people achieve that super satisfying before and after.  So, each month I will be taking on a SELECT few for-hire projects in my area of Hannibal, MO/Quincy, IL.  There have been hundreds of people over the years reach out to me and I *thought* I wasn’t interested.  But Chaos to Calm has brought me so much joy and I want to continue this work more frequently.  If you are interested in having me come to your house for a session, my contact information is below.  And for more long-distance followers, I WILL be doing virtual sessions! ❤️ -Aud

Friends, a follower named Ashley reached out to me the other day. She was looking for advice on how to move forward after her family lost their home and all of their animals in a house fire. I don’t share things like this often. However, God put it on my heart to share this with you. Watching their story took me back to the day I lost everything in my own house fire. This post is a very important one to me, so if you could take the time to read it and interact, I would be so grateful. You’ll understand why once you read the whole thing, I promise! Subscribers, you already know what this announcement is about. I shared it over there recently.

First, I want to acknowledge how grateful I am for all of my followers. In the last week, I’ve reached 500k on IG and 1 million on TT! In addition, I am so close to 2 million on FB and 300k on YouTube. So, thank you all so much for all of your support!! I have done all of this while also continuing to work full time, having our 3rd child, losing our home and our pets. Every day I thank God that I’m able to provide some kind of support to someone, even if it’s in a small way. You guys have given my life so much purpose. I will be forever indebted to you.

I don’t know if I have made it clear how much I value you and how connected I feel to each of you. So, to illustrate that point, here are some examples. I keep a list of every follower that has shared something personal with me whether it be a mental health struggle, a tragedy, a triumph. You have felt safe enough to share those things with me and I do not take that responsibility lightly. I’ve sent my own money to followers in need (it’s not something I talk about because I’m not wealthy, so I only have so much I can give). If I could help every single one of you the way you’ve helped me, I would. Unfortunately, it’s impossible. I still work full time, and I have young children so I’ve come to accept I can only do so much. However, it has still been on my heart to do more.

Thank you for sticking around this far into the post and finally, here is the announcement. My husband and I are starting a new project. It’s called: “Chaos to Calm: The 1 Day Organized Chaos Overhaul”. We will be traveling around to followers’ homes where we will spend one full day organizing and decluttering as much as we can. There will be additional benefits to the families like free organizational systems, a gift card to continue their decluttering and organizing journey, tons of free tools & PDFS, and more. I get hundreds of emails every day from people saying “I’m overwhelmed, I don’t know where to start, I have young kids and there’s no support system to help me”. To every one of these people, I just want to jump through the screen and get started. Unfortunately, I can’t. With this new project, however, I can help a little bit at a time.

We will be starting “Chaos to Calm” sometime in the next few weeks. For our first few sessions, we would like to minimize our travel so we will only be doing sessions within a radius of 2 or 3 hours from Northeast Missouri. If you think your home would be a great fit for this project, message me and we will spend a week reviewing submissions and go from there. One more note, we are not house cleaners. This is not a cleaning. This is strictly an organization and decluttering session.
