I Literally Sold My Plasma

When I say I’ve done whatever I had to do to make ends meet… I mean WHATEVER.

I’ve worked two jobs.

Three jobs.

At times, basically four.

I’ve DoorDashed after working all day.

I’ve donated plasma for money.

I’ve even participated in medical research studies because I needed the extra cash.

Not exactly the glamorous ā€œboss babeā€ story. šŸ˜‚

But that’s real life.

There were bills to pay and people depending on me.

I’m proud that I’ve always been willing to work.

I’m just finally questioning why working myself into the ground was the only answer I ever had.

At 54, I don’t want another job.

I want another way.

I’m not afraid of hard work. I just want my hard work to finally build something for ME.

Anybody else tired of solving every money problem by working more hours?

If you would like to check out what I’m doing, send me a message or click on the link.

I’d love to share with you.

The Things We Said No To

I wonder if my kids remember all the times I said no. Because I do.

No, we can’t go out to dinner.

No, we can’t buy that.

No, we can’t take that vacation.

No, not this week.

Maybe next time.

There was always a reason. Usually the same one.

We didn’t have the money.

And man… that mom guilt sticks around.

I worked SO hard trying to give my kids more than I had growing up. And I did.

But it still wasn’t the childhood I had pictured giving them.

That’s probably why time and choices mean so much to me now.

I want to be able to say YES more with my grandkids.

Yes, let’s go.

Yes, Grandma can come.

Yes, let’s make the memory.

Maybe I couldn’t give my kids everything I dreamed of. But my story isn’t finished yet. ā¤ļø

Did you have to say ā€œnoā€ way more than you wanted to when your kids were growing up?

I don’t need another job.

Trust me. I’ve got that part MORE than covered. šŸ˜‚

At 54, I’m driving a school bus, driving a big ol’ tour bus AND DoorDashing to keep everything moving.

So when somebody says ā€œjust work harderā€ā€¦

Ma’am. Respectfully.

I think we’ve established hard work is not my problem. šŸ˜‚

I’ve worked hard my entire adult life.

I raised 4 kids while working. I planned my life around work schedules, paychecks and whether or not I could afford to take a day off.

I missed things because I had to work.

I said ā€œmaybe next timeā€ more times than I’d like to admit.

And I can’t go back and get any of that time with my kids.

My kids would visit me at work and bring me dinner on Thanksgiving.

But now I have grandkids.

And something about this chapter of my life has me looking at things VERY differently.

I don’t want to check a work schedule before I can say yes to them.

I don’t want to calculate how much money I’m losing if I take a random Tuesday off.

I don’t want to miss something because nobody could cover my shift.

And I definitely don’t want my financial plan for the next 10, 20, hopefully 30 years to be…

ā€œjust keep working more.ā€

I know how to work hard.

I’ve proven that for decades.

What I needed was a way to make the work I’m doing NOW create more options for me later.

That’s why I started building this business.

Not because I needed another damn thing to keep me busy. šŸ˜‚

I needed something I could BUILD.

Something that wasn’t completely dependent on how many hours I could physically work.

Something that could grow into income AND give me more control over my time.

I’m still learning.

I’m still figuring things out.

Some days I’m uncomfortable as hell.

But I keep coming back to this…

For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m working toward something instead of just working to make it through another month.

And THAT feels different.

So if you’re a woman in your 40s, 50s or 60s and you’re sitting there thinking…

ā€œI’m not afraid of hard work. I’m just tired of hard work being the ONLY answer.ā€

I get it.

Maybe you don’t need another job either.

Maybe you need a different way.

Message me and I’ll show you what I decided to start building. ā¤ļø

I think one of the coolest things about getting older is realizing… I’m not done yet.

For a while, I think I got into that routine we all get into.

Work. Bills. Family. More work. More bills. šŸ˜‚
Rinse and repeat.

And somewhere along the way, it’s really easy to stop asking yourself what you still want.

But lately I’ve been learning new things. Trying things that scare me a little. Building this business in the random pockets of my day and figuring stuff out as I go.

Do I know exactly where it’s going to take me?

Nope. Not even gonna pretend. šŸ˜‚

But for the first time in a long time, I’m actually excited to find out.

At 54, I don’t want to spend the rest of my life just getting through the week and waiting for payday.

I want choices.
I want more random Tuesdays with my grandkids.
More weekends that actually feel like weekends.
And a future that feels exciting instead of stressful.

Maybe this chapter isn’t about slowing down.

Maybe it’s about finally figuring out what the heck we want. ā¤ļø

If you’re in that same place and wondering what I’m building, message me. I can’t message you first, but I’d be happy to tell you about it.

šŸ’ At some point, you realize you don’t want to spend the rest of your life just trying to keep up.

That’s where I’m at.

I want more breathing room financially. More time with my family. And more freedom to actually enjoy this stage of my life instead of always working. ā¤ļø

That’s why I’m building something different.

This Thursday, August 20th at 8PM Eastern, we’re having a FREE Money Moves Masterclass where you can see what I’ve been doing and how it works.

Curious? Come listen. No pressure. ā¤ļø
