Hardwick Community Television Hardwick Community Television is a public access station broadcasting 24 hours a day on Comcast cable channel 1080.

HCTV is designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Hardwick Community Television was formed in 2005 to serve the people of Hardwick, Vermont. The station records the Select Board meetings for the towns of Hardwick and Woodbury, Vermont, as well as the Hazen Varsity Basketball home games. The station provides video cameras and editing facilities free of charge to all comers to cr

eate their own TV shows. The station broadcasts on the Comcast network on Channel 1080 in Hardwick and Woodbury.
