Late post:
Great way to starting a new workout week.

Yesterday's workout was my weekly boot camp and boy was it a great one. I conquered the PF 360 Strength & the PF 360 Burn.

CHALLENGES COMPLETED!

Our coach had a "surprise workout" for the group. Let's just say, it definitely was a burn!!! U Herd Me!

So your workout was whatever name you pulled are the exercises the group had to do. Why, they picked the longest name of the group from the jar.

"Mercedez " was the name and she wasn't playing. Wall sits, squats, calf raises, push-ups, planks, burpees, etc.

"Mary" was the shortest name, but just as powerful. Burpees, squats, wall sits

I loved the surprise but darn gone it ... this girl body sure do feel it.
