12. Permission to Apply for ARC POWER Plus Grant, authorize Judge/Executive to sign any and all documents
13. Approve Agreement with US Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration, Grant # I35-SOG-3-21-0022-024-2025, retroactive to September 12, 2025, authorize Judge/Executive to sign any and all documents
14. Approve Contract with Pittman Green on AMLER High Point Tower Project, pending AML approval, authorize Judge/Executive to sign any and all documents
15. Permission to advertise for AMLER Bathhouse Project
16. Approve Resolution of Authority/Approval for Harlan County Fiscal Court to enter into and file a renewal application with DLG for Cumberland Hope Community (Recovery Kentucky) Project, FY-25 program funds, amount $200,000, authorize Judge/Executive to sign any and all documents
17. Approve Land Usage Agreement with Charlotte & James R. Sanders, authorize Judge/Executive to sign any and all documents
18. Reflect 2025 property and tangible rates for taxing districts
19. Approval to pay County Clerk for printing 2025 Property Tax Bills
20. Permission to advertise for 2026 Peterbilt
21. Permission to advertise for Propane Fuel
22. Permission for Harlan County Sheriff’s Office to Surplus Fi****ms
