From the stoops of East New York, Brooklyn to the bright lights of the comedy stage, I’ve been chasing this dream since 1999.
I’ve performed at legendary clubs like Stand Up New York, Broadway Comedy Club, Comedy in Harlem, and McGuire’s Comedy Club, opened for icons like Mark Viera, Sara Contreras, Angel Salazar, and members of the New York Kings of Comedy, and even took my comedy across the country to Los Angeles and the Empire Comedy Festival in San Antonio.

On October 18, 2025, I’m filming my very first one-man stand-up special — RICANSTRUCTION — live at Comedy in Harlem.
This show is a celebration of our culture, our struggles, and our pride, told through my story and my comedy.

I survived the streets of Brooklyn in the 1980s — when people told me I wouldn’t make it, wouldn’t last, wouldn’t become anything.
But I kept going.
In 2020, I nearly died from a rare bacterial infection.
In 2022, it came back — and once again, I had to fight for my life.
But here I am — still standing. Still creating. Still laughing.
After over 25 years in the comedy game — from open mics to major clubs — I’m producing the biggest moment of my career:

This isn’t just a show. It’s everything I’ve fought through. It’s the story of a Puerto Rican kid from Brooklyn who wasn’t supposed to survive, much less thrive. But I did. And now I’m telling that story my way.
